Portfolio Intensive Seminar with Emmet Sutton Date: Sunday, November 16, 2025 Time: 3–6 PM EST Duration: 3 hours Tuition: $85 Capacity: 10 participants ONLY. Hosted by Chapter Beyond, this seminar offers an in-depth exploration of portfolio development for students and early-career designers. Led by Emmet Sutton—Visiting Assistant Professor at Pratt Institute and Principal of TUSK—the session focuses on both conceptual and professional clarity in architectural representation. Program Outline: Lecture (30–45 minutes): Internship experiences, academic transitions, and building a compelling portfolio narrative. Individual Feedback: Personalized review on portfolio curation, layout, and presentation strategy. About the Instructor: Emmet Sutton’s professional background includes positions at OMA New York, OMA Rotterdam, and Steven Holl Architects, where he contributed to major institutional and cultural projects. His academic experience spans multiple design and representation studios at Pratt Institute, alongside exhibitions and reviews at leading architecture schools. This seminar serves as a pilot program for future Chapter Beyond mentorships and portfolio series.
